Garden Stained Glass Leaded Panel

Spend a magical day bringing light, colour, and creativity into your garden. This full-day workshop is your chance to design and make a sparkling leaded stained-glass panel, perfectly framed and ready to display outdoors in every season.

Guided by experienced tutors, you’ll receive support at every step of the process—choosing your design, cutting glass, stretching and cutting lead came, soldering, and cementing—before completing your panel for outdoor use. If time runs short for cementing, we’ll provide the materials and know-how so you can confidently finish at home.

The course is suitable for all abilities, from complete beginners to those with some glasswork experience. You’ll select from a range of templates, adaptable to your skill level, and pick your own colour palette. Larger sheets of glass are ordered in especially for your chosen shades, making each panel truly personal.

This is a full and rewarding day, running until around 6pm, so it’s best suited to those comfortable standing and working throughout. With just a small group of participants, the atmosphere is relaxed and supportive, giving you space to focus, build confidence, and enjoy the creative process.

To keep your creativity flowing, refreshments are available throughout the day, along with a delicious lunch and afternoon tea.

The highlight comes when you hold your finished panel up to the light for the first time—watching the colours glow and your design shine, ready to brighten your garden in every season.
